How do I care for my garments?

We recommend following the care instructions on the garment's label. In general, most of our clothing can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. To prolong the life of your garments, we advise avoiding bleach and tumble drying, and instead, opting for air drying or low heat.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.

What is the return policy?

To request a return, simply fill out on our contact page (www.perfectionnyc.com/contact) for the items you do not want to keep. Please include RETURN in the subject section. We cannot accept returns of items that have been self-altered or washed, so please check the items before doing so.If you have a problem or discrepancy (including shortages, damages, etc.) with any order, contact us within 72 hours of receiving the goods. All returned or refused shipments are subject to outbound freight charges and return freight charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for production and shipping. Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website.
