To request a return, simply fill out on our contact page (www.perfectionnyc.com/contact) for the items you do not want to keep. Please include RETURN in the subject section. We cannot accept returns of items that have been self-altered or washed, so please check the items before doing so.

If you have a problem or discrepancy (including shortages, damages, etc.) with any order, contact us within 72 hours of receiving the goods. All returned or refused shipments are subject to outbound freight charges and return freight charges.
